For all appointments, we charge a non refundable deposit in order to hold your appointment. Your deposit is NON-refundable. The remaining balance is due the day of your scheduled appointment.

In the event you would like to reschedule or cancel your appointment, you have to call our studio OR message me on Instagram (Blackmoonartstudio) to do so within a 48 hours (2 business days) prior to your appointment. If any rescheduling or cancellation are less than 48 hours or you do not show up for your appointment, your deposit for the service will be automatically forfeited.

*No-Shows – Your deposit will be forfeited and you will not be able to book future services with Black Moon Art Studio.

We ask that you please arrive to your appointment on time. If you are more than 10 minutes late, Black Moon Art Studio reserves the right to cancel or reschedule your appointment and your deposit may be forfeited.

Consultations / Touch ups; If you are more than 10 minutes late for a complimentary appointment, then your subsequent appointment will no longer be complimentary.

All sessions including a touch up service must be scheduled the day of your initial appointment. These must be within the time frame given or additional fees will be applied. (PMU services have a 5-7 week time frame for touch ups) Please schedule accordingly.
